Late Appointment Arrivals
If you think you will be late, please inform the spa by calling 502-690-6029 during business hours. If an appointment is under 15 minutes late we are typically able to accommodate. Otherwise, we may need to reschedule the appointment.
Child Policy:
Regretfully, due to insurance purposes, we are unable to accomodate children at the spa under 12 years old unless they are receiving services.
Cancellation Policy:
We require that you give us a 24-hour cancellation notice and ask that you place a credit card or gift card on file with us. Your card will only be charged in the event that you fail to notify us of cancellation within 24 hours of you scheduled appointment there is a $40 fee charged to your account. For some services there is a 50% non refundable fee required at the time of booking. Some of these services may include Sculptra, Coolsculpting, Ultherapy and other services requiring longer periods of time to be blocked or products to be mixed in advance of your treatment.
Refund Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, a skin care product must be substantially unused and in its original container. We encourage Blue Halo Guests to complete a complimentary consult allowing our skin care experts to guide you when selecting the products to meet your unique needs.

- Some Health and Personal Care Items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item that is damaged or product that has been substantially used
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Services that have been completed
Refunds are easy, just bring in the product to the medical spa with your receipt and the customer care coordinator will be happy to help you. Call or Text us for questions at 502-690-6029.
Late or Missing Refunds:
Refunds that are processed back to a credit card or deposited into a checking account may take several days to populate. If you have not received an expected refund within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to us at info@bluehalomedspa.com or call 502-690-6029 and ask for a manager to help you.Â
Exchange Policy
We will exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please let us know what problem you are having with the product by emailing us at info@bluehalomedspa.com. Â
Gift Card Policy
Gift Cards are not refundable and can be used on any service or product. Gift Cards are redeemable at any Blue Halo Med Spa location.
Standard Gift Cards Expire 12 months from date of purchase.Â
Promotional Gift Cards Expire 90 days from date of purchase.
You may transfer a gift card at any time by contacting us by email or phone.
Shipping Returns:
Due to shipping errors we ask that you physically return the item to a Blue Halo Location for a refund or exchange.  If you are traveling and need to ship an item please contact us prior to shipping for instructions.
