Spa Etiquette
To ensure that all guests can enjoy Blue Halo Med Spa, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum while in the spa. Cellular phones and electronic device are to be muted while in the spa and reception area.
How To Spa
Payment and Gratuity:
We accept all major Credit Cards. Prices do not include local sales tax. It is customary to leave a tip of 15 – 20% for your skin therapist and massage therapist.
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates for our spa treatments are available at the spa reception and online.
Cancellations:
A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to assist us in rescheduling the appointment and notifying our therapists. The full balance of all treatments booked will be charged for any treatments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or for any missed appointments.
