Late Appointment Arrivals
If you think you will be late, please inform the spa by calling 502-690-6029 during business hours. If an appointment is under 15 minutes late we are typically able to accommodate. Otherwise, we may need to reschedule the appointment.
No Show & Cancellations
At Blue Halo we strive to provide comprehensive & results oriented treatments at affordable prices. To allow us to serve our Guests in a timely manner & reduce the number of late or missed appointments, Blue Halo has a no-show and late cancellation policy.
We understand there are times when you must miss a appointment due to emergencies. However, Blue Halo reviews patients who 1) miss, 2) arrive late, or 3) cancel appointments without at least 24 hours’ notice. When a Guest is late more than 15 mins or skips appointments with little or no notice, it prevents us from providing the best possible care to all our patients. To do this we ask our Guests to:
Arrive on time for your appointment. Please note, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment, we may need to reschedule it to another day. Call to reschedule your appointment when needed at least 24 hours in advance. For most appointments we request a $40 reservation fee.
For certain treatments, due to the product being premixed for your specific appointment or extended time with your therapist reserved, we must ask for a nonrefundable deposit to schedule your appointment. This applies to any service totaling more than $625 or more than an hour-long reservation. (Sculptra, Multiple Syringes of Filler, Ultherapy, Coolsculpting or Neogen). For your convenience we offer numbing cream in advance of your appointment so that you can apply for it at home and be ready on arrival. Should you forget it or not have it at home, we ask that you arrive at least 30 mins early for your appointment. We appreciate your support as it is our goal to service our Guests for a lifetime!
Children
Regretfully, due to insurance purposes, we are unable to accomodate children at the spa under 12 years old unless they are receiving services.
Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, a skin care product must be substantially unused and in its original container. We encourage Blue Halo Guests to complete a complimentary consult allowing our skin care experts to guide you when selecting the products to meet your unique needs.

- Services that have already been performed
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Any item that is damaged or product that has been substantially used
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Services that have been completed
Refunds are easy, just bring in the product to the medical spa with your receipt and the customer care coordinator will be happy to help you. Call or Text us for questions at 502-690-6029.
Late or Missing Refunds:
Refunds that are processed back to a credit card or deposited into a checking account may take several days to populate. If you have not received an expected refund within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to us at info@bluehalomedspa.com or call 502-690-6029 and ask for a manager to help you.
Exchange Policy
We will exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please let us know what problem you are having with the product by emailing us at info@bluehalomedspa.com.
Gift Card Policy
Gift Cards are not refundable and can be used on any service or product. Gift Cards are redeemable at any Blue Halo Med Spa location.
Standard Gift Cards Expire 12 months from date of purchase.
Promotional Gift Cards Expire 90 days from date of purchase.
You may transfer a gift card at any time by contacting us by email or phone.
Shipping Returns:
Due to shipping errors we ask that you physically return the item to a Blue Halo Location for a refund or exchange. If you are traveling and need to ship an item please contact us prior to shipping for instructions.
Privacy
Comments:
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Cookies:
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
