A retired Lieutenant Colonel and former Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Air Force, Dr. Penne dedicated 20 years of service, including roles as Chief of Aerospace and Hyperbaric Medicine. His medical expertise is matched by a profound passion for aesthetic medicine and education, which has shaped his role as Blue Halo’s Medical Director since its inception. Fluent in English and Spanish, he ensures personalized and compassionate care for every guest.

Dr. Penne has been a skilled cosmetic injector for over a decade, having trained with leading plastic surgeons to master advanced techniques. As one of the first MDs in the region to offer PDO Thread treatments, he not only performs this innovative procedure regularly at Blue Halo but has also trained other physicians in its application. Beyond PDO Threads, he specializes in a variety of skin-tightening and rejuvenation procedures, utilizing cutting-edge modalities in our state-of-the-art facility to achieve safe, effective results with minimal downtime.
